Community Guidelines

Maintain a Collaborative Approach

Discussions should focus on solutions, not attacks. Calls for resignation, demands for officials to "answer" for past actions, or any form of targeted harassment are not permitted. Our goal is to encourage meaningful dialogue that drives future positive change.

Respect and Inclusivity

Hate speech, discrimination, personal attacks, and calls for violence have no place on GovToDo. Discussions must respect the rights and dignity of all individuals, regardless of political affiliation, background, or beliefs.

Stay Solution-Oriented

GovToDo is about improving our communities and our country. Contributions should be constructive, actionable, and aimed at making a tangible impact. Criticism should be accompanied by thoughtful recommendations for improvement.

Keep Discussions Relevant

All posts and interactions should focus on civic initiatives, policy ideas, and community-driven improvements. Off-topic discussions, conspiracy theories, and misinformation will be moderated.

Engage with Integrity

Users are expected to engage in good faith, providing accurate information and representing their views honestly. Misrepresentation, spam, or coordinated manipulation of discussions is not allowed.

By participating in GovToDo, you agree to uphold these principles and contribute to a respectful, solution-focused environment. Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal or account suspension.
